Many of you may have noticed that the 95bfm's 2 hours of Metal anti-dote to normality on a Monday night-Tuesday Morning in the form of The Hard, Fast & Heavy Show was not on air last week (Monday 29th October).
Unfortunately, it will not be on air this coming Monday (5th Nov) either, but we will return to the airwaves on the 12th of November and we'll be dragging up local battlers, Decortica to have a chat with them to find out what they've been up to.
I'm not sitting on my arse increasing the ass-imprint on my couch. I am so busy at the moment that I literally can not afford to spend the many hours it takes to prep a show, the 2hrs of being on air & the following Tuesday were I'm usually wiped out. But by the time I'm back on air a few major things will be off my plate and I'll be back better than ever.
